I had an insurence with telkom for my cellphone and I cancelled it around 12 of April 2025 I was billed the insurence again in May in which I already paid month end of April I kept on sending emails asking why am being billed for insurence in May in which I cancelled the insurence so they kept taking me back and forth for a refund so I ended up reversing the money for both months now they put me through lawyers for something they didn't fix and they still billing me for both months even through those lawyers
