I had a promotional data contract with Telkom in 2010

I had a promotional data contract with Telkom in 2010. For some reason they could not debit my account in a certain month. And then they also withheld the data provision to my account. They then demanded payment for that month, and I told them that they also did not provide the service. So its been a stand off for a while. Now the problem is that they have refused to perform a sim-swap for my *** number, when I lost my phone. This prevents me from performing vital transactions linked to the number.
