I had a contract phone with them and I payed it off on April 2025 and they said they have sent a letter to all credit bureaus stating I am no longer indebted to them as I have fully payed and closed the account,but to this day my credit profile remains the same it appears I'm still owing Telkom,may I be assisted regarding this.
