An agent called me to offer me a phone contract.I accepted the offer.The device was delivered after a month in february 2022.I spent a week,while i phoned them to activate the sim-card.I Later cancelled the contract and DSV couriers was sent to come collect their phone.I now surprised,how i owe them R1088.00 really?i have logged in many queries,but i'm not winning.They gave me a REF case-number-RCO 188057.If they were to negotiate a cancellation fee,i was going to understand for sure.I cancelled because they failed to activate my sim-card for a week ,after waiting for the phone for a month.
