I got blacklisted yet telkom never debted my account and i was making payments

I have had the most unforgettable bad service from telkom. I took a contract with them for an Iphone 6 16gb they never debted my account i went to Richards bay,Pavillion, Stanger & west street nedbank building branches to try and solve this very matter if them not debting yet payments were being made to their Absa account by me. I work at capitec bank and i cant get promoted to a consultant because my name is in adverse listing by telkom ive called their call centre over 15 x but still i get nothing solid they only log complaints but no follow up is ever done right now there is a payment of R1500 that i made on the 26 October 2017 till today its not reflecting, Capitec HR is closing by end of week next week they asked me to forward them my paid up letter so i cant be transfered and promoted till today nothing i had sent all my proof of payments last week at ********** i will forever hate telkom for its incompetence to deliver to its clients today again i spoke to luthando ngcobo email holder of ********** who verified that she sees my proof of payment of R1500 and she will try and assist by sending it to the back office she too confirmed that the steps taken by the telkom staff that was assisting me is the result why im where i am. She said they didnt have to log a complaint but rather they had to send directly to back office and explain my matter yet this wasnt done. My number is ********** 052/ ********** 219
