I got ****** and TELKOM WON'T give me my ITC number

I went through the process to obtain a ITC number in order to claim from Telkom insurance, after my phone was ****** last night. Only for the contact centre agent to advise me there's a Vodacom SIM in the phone and it cannot be blocked, which means I cannot claim. I'm not paying some R100 contract I'm paying a R1000 contract to receive this ridiculous service.

How am I suppose to ensure another SIM doesn't get placed into my ALREADY ****** PHONE!!?? How was I meant to call the call centre immediately after I got ****** without a phone and trying to gather myself after JUST BEING ****** and PHYSICALLY ABUSED!!!

I want my ITC number today!!!
