I give telkom a zero star rating.

<p>I am disgusted at the service i have received from telkom over the past couple of months, but the last three weeks have been putirate... I have been a loyal customer for almost 3 years and i spend thousands of rands every month on cell phones and wifi. They make an error or deducting r800 too much off my account without as much as a phone call, once i go to my bank to reverse it they decide to suspend my line for non-payment. As soon as my contract are over i am leaving telkom and never going back. Extremely unhappy client....</p>
