I gave notice to cancel acc more than 1 month ago!

Hi<br> <br> I gave notice to cancel my line on 27 January 2016 (more than a month ago).<br> <br> I sent cancellation email with all required documents to [Email Removed] and got an auto response acknowledging cancellation saying somebody would call within 72 hours to confirm.<br> <br> Nobody called within 72 hours or within the whole month that has passed!!<br> <br> I have called 10217 a few times during the month to see if the cancellation has been logged with the response that they cannot see - I must just wait and see if the line gets cut off!!<br> <br> I am not paying any more bills on this line!! I have given more than 1 months notice and you will back date my cancellation notification and cut the line off and stop billing me!!!<br> <br> I gave notice on 27 January, my last invoice was 14 Feb which I have paid. I am not paying any new invoices for March 2016!!!
