I feel so betrayed

Telkom sold a good deal they new doesn't exist. I feel so betrayed. I have so much data I can't use. You put data on different networks, LTE and another bad one. You have me a deal of 20 gigs per month 10 of which was on LTE which was for 12 of my 24 months contract. I was happy with the data speed and convinced a lot of people to move to telkom which they did. Now that the 10 gig expired, I'm stuck with the 10 gig on a bad network which I can't use. All it does is buffer. This is unacceptable. Does I ASA know you're duping customers like this. ?
