I f%7&$ HATE TELKOM - 1 YEAR 36 CALLS AND 8 VISITS TO A STORE AND MY PROBLEM IS STILL NOT RESOLVED

Telkom kept billing me for a line that I cancelled and it ended up being almost R6000. It took me a year to have them cancel it and credit the amount they kept on billing (36 phone calls and 8 visits to a Telkom store - yes, I counted). During this time I had a new line at our new address on which I paid an approximate amount every month (to keep it more or less yup to date while the problem is being resolved). They finally sorted it out two weeks ago but they suspended my line yesterday because of non-payment. It wasn't even month-end yet!
