I don't owe telkom!!

Worst service I have ever! I have tried all platforms still no assistance, telkom listed me after I defaulted my payment for only 4 working days, how pathetic, never the less, I have been paying them without missing a month, mistake only happened when I changed employment and had to wait for my salary to come through month end, telkom deducted their lousy R481 yet still listed, contacted them and every consultant confirmed I paid yet I'm still listed, I am trying to purchase a car and they always pick up that I owe telkom. Worst thing ever is their favorite line " we have escalated your query to billing and collections" when you request a case number for the escalation dololo
