I don't owe Telkom.

2011/2012 I had two contracts with Telkom Mobile formerly known as 8ta. I paid my accounts very well until I lost my job due to retrenchment. I immediately informed Telkom (8ta) about my situation. Consultant adviced me to forward the retrenchment letter, to clear my accounts. I did that. Few days later I received a call from one of their consultant to confirm that the accounts are cleared and closed. However few I ago I just discovered that I owe Telkom R6300 (Rounded Off). I need Telkom to sort this out ASAP or I'm taking this matter to court.
