I dont have a relationship with telkom and they keepo debiting my account. This is affecting the status of my account conduct.

Telkom debited R 4,100 from my account last month , which was I asked my Bank to RD, this month a debit order of R 8,700 was presented. I have no idea what this is for, as I have no goods that I purchased from Telkom. This is really unacceptable that Telkom debits people accounts without any communication. Telkom must cancel the debit order
