I don’t get what I pay for

I have a 10mbps ADSL line, and recently I am getting ridiculously slow download speeds, nowhere close to even 8mbps! Today I am getting below 1mbps! In the age that we are now living, I really thought Telkom would be able to offer better service than this.

Thank goodness that Fibre will be my alternative within the next week or 2, and with different service provider.
