I don't know why Telkom outsourced to Mobile talk, bad service!!!

<p>I recently purchased a contract phone with Mobile talk on behalf of Telkom, the lady to called me to get all my details was very friendly and all however got the colour of the phone wrong and now I just find out it not only that. she also got my installment date incorrect and not when they debited my account there was no money and the bank is charging me R115 for that, yesterday I tried to call their call centre and was transferred to the account department and spoke to Calvin or Gavin and while I was busy explaining to him that they got most of my things wrong he ended the call and put me through to rate their service, not even a call back was made to rectify this. I tried a few time totoand call back and the phone kept dropping when going through to someone. Someone needs to fix this and get back to me cause I'm fed up with Telkom or Mobile Talk its the same to me.</p>
