I do not recommend Telkom to anyone.

I have been trying to get hold of Telkom for the last two weeks.

my wifi router is not working, as soon as i get on a call with someone after holding for about 20 minutes the call cuts. i have spent the last two hours trying to get a hold of someone to assist me.

i am paying for a service that doesn't work. on top of that i can't even have a decent conversation to try and get it sorted before the call cuts.
