I do not know why the branch is there

I do not know why the branch is there. They can not assist you with your enquiries they need to phone. The one guy just sits there busy ons his phone the whole time and does not help. I was there yesterday waited a hour in shop then they say they will phone me when they completed everything and i am still waiting. Phoned them next day to hear the lady who assisted me yesterday is off today and Asanda will find out what happed and phone me back. She did not phone me back, went to the brach and she said she cannot phone because the phone is flat but it is the branch number. It is really useless to even go there if you have anything that needs to be sorted.
