I did not recieve what was advertised online.

bought a mate 20 pro online. it was for their Chinese new year special. it came at a reduced cost and Ygifts. I only got the phone, and no gifts. I called Telkom more times I care to remember about this issue and still no help. instead I'm **** to and sent from pillar to post. I am happy with my phone, I just don't like the fact that they advertised what I bought and they didn't deliver on it. I'm not happy at all as I'm a first time Telkom mobile user, I will most definitely not renewing when this contract ends.
