I Did not receive my LTE Router 16 months into my contract

<p>This is the 2nd time i write to Hellopeter about Telkom Mobile for the same thing and i am going to write everyday till my matter is resolved</p> <p> </p> <p>I took up a contract 10 + 10 Gig deal which includes a Huawei B315 LTE Router at Nicolway Bryanston(Store closed down), my issue is that i never received an LTE Router and ever since i been battling to get the Router. The store was out of stock and they never bothered to help me when i asked for it and then i resorted to the call centre hoping my issue will be resolved but guess what not even 1 person bothered to call me back and acknowledge the issue or working on the matter, everytime i am the one calling and holding for while i probably called more than 10 times spoke to different agents and supervisors no one is taking this matter seriously </p> <p> </p> <p>I have been paying for a device that i dont have, 16 Months into the contract and no one cares about my issue, if that is the case i am going to place a stop order to get their attention</p> <p> </p> <p>Here are reference numbers i managed to salvage out of my many phone calls i made</p> <p> </p> <p> ********** 7</p> <p> ********** 0</p>
