I demand my number back

Telkom is the most useless provider, that time I've been with them since forever. I had my phone blocked after a ******* and since Monday morning I am struggling to get back a number, they keep sending me from pillar to post and telling me stories. I called their call center 100 times and went to all their stores in Jozi even ended up going to the one in Alberton and no one is able to resume my number. How the **** do they not know how to use their own system to reinstate my number that they blocked? It's almost a week going back and forth with them for just a 10-digit number and they don't communicate I am the one that keeps calling and nagging them to do their job. Why do we have to grovel for services we pay for ****ty as it is? I have left my alternative number for them to at least update me on the progress but have received none and only get an update when i call in and they act as if they are actually working their ass off to have my issue resolved
