I contacted an agent for a fibre line on the 9th of may but because he was unable to help me on the same day I cancelled his services and found a person who willingly helped me on the same day but because of a blocked ISP they could not activate my servic

I contacted an agent for a fibre line on the 9th of may but because he was unable to help me on the same day I cancelled his services and found a person who willingly helped me on the same day but because of a blocked ISP they could not activate my service .I have been contacting Telkom since Monday with no positive result instead they have activated their account which I do not want so my request is the cancellation of this unwanted prepaid Isp I have reference numbers as to my phone calls still no feedback on the progress
