I cant wait to move all my business away from Telkom

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company like Telkom Mobile/Business. They are happy to phone you weekly to sell new products but can't deliver service or correct billing mistakes after a product is purchased. There is no formal complaint system and support channels delete emails without reading them.
