I cant wait for my contract to finish .....the service is horrible
<p>I have had a contract with them for a year and a half ,everything was going well until september .....their debit order went off (520.30).then on the 14th of October i get another debit order of R1182 obviously i went to the bank to reverse it as i didnt know what it was for, i later called just to confirm that Telkom was paid on the 26th of september 2016.</p> <p>End of October i got an email stating that my account is in arrears ,i called and they said they will investigate the matter now i get debit orders from another company called NuDebt n they say they wer sent by Telkom ,by the way this company nor Telkom phoned me to inform me that they going to deduct my account.</p> <p>Next thing i get 3 debit orders 1 from telkom 2 different amounts from Nudebt ,i called them n they said they only loaded one debit order they dont know y i have multiple debit orders. i phoned telkom they said i owe them R2100 and i get smses frm Nudebt that say i owe telkom R883.</p> <p>Telkom is still investigating even today wen i email the consultant that asked me to send my bank statement she is not responding to my massages.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will not be upgrading my contract with u guys .......FORGET!!!!!!!</p>

Thank you for ur reaponse .......if what you are saying is correct why does my bank statement show that the debit order for september went off?
I even phoned the bank to confim all of this,the problem is clearly on ur side i only owe you for october ,november and december not september (i should not be owing you anything if u had run the debit orders like you wer supposed to )....i will not be liable for all the interest you guys have added since the problem is on ur side.
If you guys had noticed that i had skipped a debit order y didnt one of your consaltants phone me instead of just doing whatever you like on my account ,i gave Telkom Authorisation to deduct only 520 and a couple of cents on the 25th of each month.......what telkom is doing currently is nonesense just bull****.
