I can't transfer data any more

I'm fed up with Telkom, since the beginning of the year I am unable to transfer data to other Telkom numbers, I have reported the matter and I was given a case number ***2 and yesterday I received an sms saying that the issue has been resolved and I then went to the app and try to transfer data. It allowed me and also received an sms that was saying 500 MB has been transferred to that number. If i check the data on that number that I transferred to its shows 0MB and if I try again today to transfer data I get the same error message that I was getting all the time that reads sorry we could not retrieve your information please try again later, I have tried to call the call centre several times today but the call centre number was down and finally around 19h00 the number was back in service but I was waiting for more than 40 minutes and it was dropped after that
