I CANT SEND SMS’s OR RECIEVE AND CANT RECEIVE CALLS!

Good Day I hope this finds you well.

I am a very upset customer my cellphone has been unable to recieve Sms,Calls for the pas 2 weeks now! I cant send Sms’s Aswell! This unacceptable! I have tried calling your customer care line and iv been told that a fault has been logged, still my issue has not been resolved I have also visited a Telkom branch and was made to wait for 3 hours while a technician tried to resolve this but still failed!

I need my phone lines restored immediately! Why am I not receiving calls and SMS’s? I need answers now!
