I cant make or receive calls with my Telkom sim

I have gradually stopped being able to receive calls from ANY telkom numbers

I reported this issue on 27-11-2018 (Case no: ********** 7) my number just stop working. I was told someone ported my number to MTN, i went to MTN they released my number. the thing that makes me anger is that telkom just decided to give me a new number without my knowledge, i notice this when i made call to my GF . even now i can receive call from my telkom sim.
