I cant get through to telkom!!

I sat on hold waiting to speak to telkom agent for over an hour! cost me almost a R100 in airtime. I then get disconnected!!!! what the flipping hell??? This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I need to sort out my internet, but they are making it completely impossible to do so.
