I cant get out if Telkom contract!! Help

I have logged a formal complaint, I have submitted my cancellation request. I have written a review on Hellp Peter. Still no response, apart from the promise that I will be contacted. I have called more times than I can remember and NO ONE can help me.I want to cancel LTE,prepared to pay cancellation penalty and moce over to ADSL NO ONE is prepared to help me TELKOM SERVICE IS PATHETIC!! I am stuck another month with this inadequate LTE contract PATHETIC!!!

Telkom is full.of.promises but I am still.on a contract I am.wanting.to cancel.for months I am actively dissuading people from taking out contracts with Telkom
