I CANT GET A JOB BECOZ OF TELKOM

I opened a Eita account in 2011 and i had a huge problem with this account because i was making payment but it was never reflecting on the statement, I told them i would stop paying this account until i know exactly who im paying this was like 2012/13. To my surprise i app**** for a job and noted that this Telkom account was Defaulted- NO one contact ed with regards to making payment arrangements and its 2018 and according to the law if a debtor doesn't contact you for over a year they need to write this account off. I dont know who to contact, i dont know where this account was handed over, now am stuck i need this job and Telkom needs to write this account off and clear my name
