I Can't Cancel My Telkom Account

It is impossible to cancel my Telkom account. I have been on the phone for hours, trying to email an email that keeps bouncing and trying to register the account but all of these options have failed. Account Number: *** How can I cancel this account? I am paying for the internet and a phone line that never works!!!
