I cannot deal with Telkom!

Worst customer service ever. To port a number normally would take 48 hours, I have been waiting almost 96 hours and no one is able to assist me. I called them yesterday to assist me and they said its in the final stage today I called to follow up and now the system is offline and I should get back to them not even offering a callback. The consultant had such an attitude problem and made it seem like its my fault. I just cannot deal with Telkom!!!
