I cancelled my telkom in may but still being charged

On the 27th of may I received an email from Telkom informing me that my account will be cancelled- this after I have requested to cancel.

Now, July 16 Telkom mails me to tell me that I owe them money for jun/jul 15 - 15. Please explain this to me as I do not even stay at the residential address anymore - re my reason for cancelling my telkom was because I moved.

Please advise and also please advise how you manage to breathe...????
