I CANCELLED MY CONTRACT BUT STILL BILLED.

Just to brief you. I bought a phone from istore gateway though telkom and then I requested cancellation April 2023 which I paid R28 328 including cancellation fee which was done on the 4th April 2023. It also on their system. Only to find out it wasn't cancelled I was still billed and the account has now outstanding amount of R10,057.71. I was handed over to Bham and Dyha attorneys which I decided to pay without fail and then while paying THERE WAS A THIRD PARTY charging me a THOUSAND which Bham and DYHA didn't know about it. I asked questions to them about the third party charging me they said they have no idea where it is coming from. I went to Telkom and they said they don't know it up until Bham and Dyha did research only to find out the third party was Telkom which they denied for months. Then bham and Dyha decided to pull out and told me to deal with Telkom directly. The agent Brendon wrote the emails and escalated to Manager they told me I will get a response within 24 to 48 hours and no one has got back to me it been a month.
