I cancel my contract but they still taking my money.

Telkom sold me a contract over a telephone, when I received it, I only realized what they offered on the telephone conversation was actually false. I only used a contact for a month or two and decided, it’s not it. It was still not what we had agreed on. I decided to not their data until I filed a complaint and ask them to cancel the contract, they sent me a ref to say it has been canceled yet they are still taking my money. Cancel the damn contract please!
