I can't get what I want

On the 5th of Feb, I received an sms to say I am due for upgrade and have had my eye on the hp250 laptop for R199 advertised on the telkom site. I went to baywest mall on the 6th to order understanding that they may not have in Stock. They said they would search for one. I then waited a entire week then placed an enquiry on the website for someone to call me. Which they did and told to be patient they will contact me. I then waited a further week and re-entered the store to find out that there is no hp250, no hp stream(or to many come backs) and no lenovo ideapads. <br> <br> Why no matter what, can they not understand, if they advertise a laptop for R199 to they must supply a laptop for R199... Does not have to be the exact laptop but must be an equivalent. I still do not have a laptop and it has been 3 weeks.
