I CAN'T COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SERVICE, THERE IS NONE!!!!

<p>Promises, promises, promises. Why do companies make you crazy with calls to rub something off on you and when you decide to take one up and it doesn't work, BOOM! NO SERVICE!</p> <p> </p> <p>Since day one, the mini wi-fi I ordered coudn't connect. After several calls to the technicians, it was found that they couldn't find the fault. So I decided to cancel the contract and return the device, however that process didn't go well at all. Sending mails to the customer services, call centres, etc. mails were immedicately deleted without being read. Phone calls only produced promises with callbacks to collect the device. Nada.</p> <p> </p> <p>Deductions still goes off my account though. These I stopped from my side, but it's going to have an impact on my precious credit score :-(. Hello Peter? You are my only hope!</p>
