I called them to keep my number working,as I had my phone ****** and I couldn't do a sim swap at that time as I didn't have my ID. And when I was ready to do a sim swap they had given it to somebody but I was promised that won't happen now everything of myne that was linked to my number for more than 10 years is gone. And nothing is done to apologize or compensate.
