I bought a contract phone

I bought a contract phone at telkom mobile and it was approved on the 8th of May, up to now am still waiting for the. Phone, they are always out of stock, I mean how do you opperate a bussiness without any stock at all, I mean at all, it happens at kolonade telkom mobile, to tell you the truth, I regret going there, because if I went to their opposite side Vodacom or Mtn, by now I would have received my Phone. I will never refer anybody to telkom mobile. Aloha
