I bought 3gig last night and used a bit this morning i was left with 1300mb out of the blue, when i try log in into my facebook i was told im left with 532, i checked no updates done, no subscriptions and one of the rude consultants told me ive done windows update of which i dont have windows on my phone.. I asked for usage statements with times she changed tone to be rude and i dropped the call. My phone usage is way lower and what websites i went she could see but not account for over 2gig used. This is day light roberry how can they have history of all site and not see how over 2gig was used. Telkom has ****** me day light and i cannot submit my assignments in time
