I app**** for a Telkom sim and I was rejected, yet every month they deduct from my account

I app**** for a Telkom sim and I was rejected, yet every month they deduct from my account. I contacted their billing department and they claimed they do not see anything from their end. I provided my bank statement showing that it’s written Telkom and they still said they have no idea. An attempt to deduct was made again last night and my account is on a negative. This is so frustrating as I’m not getting any help from them and knowing I have no account with them!!!!
