I app**** for a samsung galaxy note 5 on 30th oct!

I went on the 30th of October at Telkom Mall@red to apply for a Samsung galaxy note 5. there they told me they couldn't introduce my application in the system because they didn't have Note 5 in the stock and that they would keep my form and introduce it during the week. <br> <br> They called the next Tuesday to tell me they introduced it and that I would get it on Friday the same week. since then they never called me back. I went there on Saturday they told me to wait because the central office was still checking my application. I went there the next Saturday, same story. next Saturday same story. <br> <br> during all those weeks, I tried to call their contact number: *** it always ring they never pick it up. Guys, I called more than 25 times since I introduced my application. they have never answered even once! <br> <br> One of the saturdays, one guys working there told me:\Oh the phone? it's in the manager office
