I app**** for a data deal on Saturday the 8th of September and until today the 14th no response.
I'm so disappointed with how they handle customers. I have to follow up with them every day to find out what the status of my application is.

I don't mean to be difficult, but please help me understand how your response differs from "Your query will be attended to.Your case number is ********** 1" received on Sunday and "Your query will be attended to.Your case number is ********** 5" received yesterday.
I feel like I'm chasing my tail here.
