I am writing to formally request the cancellation of my mobile service, including airtime and data. Despite being on a call since 08:30 today, I have received no assistance, and my calls have been repeatedly dropped. This level of service is unacceptable, and I no longer wish to continue with your offerings. Please proceed with the cancellation of my account immediately. I will not be making further payments, and I do not wish to receive any airtime or data going forward.
