I am very tired and disappointed in Telkom, if I could I would return these devices and cancel my contract with them!!!

I need to start off by saying that i am extremely disappointed in Telkom for the client service or lack thereof. I have had a contract with Telkom since 2017, I started off with porting from vodacom to them thinking that this would be a better option and for the longest time it has been. My issues with Telkom started now in 2019 when i decided to do an early upgrade on my mobile contract so that i can get a device, namely the Huawei P20 LITE - this was in February. The lady that assisted me explained to me how the payment would work in that i would be charged for the new device and also that the amount that was stilled owed on the first device would be split into a few months, i had no disputes so the contract was signed. In April, i purchased a second device under the same name and account details to which i have only found out that it was opened as another profile, this now leaves me with 2 unnecessary profiles which i was not notified about. The gentleman who assisted me explained to me the amount that would to be paid will be prorated and will only be debited month end as per my instructions and authorization. Fast forward to May when i started receiving notifications of my account being in arrears and threats of them switching off my service to which i put in several requests to be called so this could be explained. Yesterday, 13th June when i personally visited the store to do a sim swap and esquire about my account. The lady who assisted me highlighted the 2 profiles issue and the fact that i had been billed over R1 300 for a device that had to be paid via a debit order. I then received a call from the agent who i explained to that i have not received a statement from telkom, i have been billed an amount that was not agreed on and also the fact that my account has apparently been in arrears from 2018 as per the first agent i spoke to. The response i got from the lady is the fact that it was my responsibility to check if my contact details are correct, mt responsibility to call and ask them why i have not been receiving statements and also still call to find out why my account is in arrears when I authorised for a debit order. I refused to listen further as she was just shifting the blame to me. she then went on to discover that the person who assisted me for my new device stated on their system that the contract start date was 3 months prior to the correct start date which was in April therefore elaborating on how and why my account was in arrears. Should this not be considered as *****?I am very disappointed as this was least expected from Telkom, now according to the lady who assisted me, I need to go to the store that assisted me with the new device in order for them to give me the contract so i can forward it to them as a dispute, that is the only way i can be helped.
