i am unhappy with telkom

i had contract with telkom before, they charged me with for services that i wasn't using. i took another contract with telkom which ended on 31 october 2019 i paid for everything i had 2000 minutes remaining and today the took away all of them, if a customer did not pay they are not afraid to blacklist the customer. please return my minutes
