I AM TIRED OF TELKOM!

Telkom & AGCS have charged me more than they should have for me to settle my account/bill with them. When I called to ask for a settlement letter, one of the consultants mentioned that I should be granted credit (after I’ve submitted my proof of payment) telkom is now playing hide and seek and not providing feedback.
