I am terminating my contract. You guys are awful.

Alright, this was the final straw. I'm contacted you various times. I've opened queries. I've pleaded and begged to fix my internet and yet you're too pathetic to do anything - I'm not angry at the person reading this review - you're merely an employee.

I am, as such, officially closing my account with you. My last day of service will be the 31st of December 2018.

YOU WILL respond to this review with a reference to my account termination or I will take you to court. I also refuse to pay for this last month as you firstly suspended my account (I boughut a LTE contract, requested my other account be made debit order as well, yet you failed and I was suspended due to non-payment AS IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DEBIT AND NOT MANUAL - also your fault. You're a bunch of inadequate fools.)

I will be phoning Monday to confirm this as well. Can't complain about the service because there is none.
