I am taking this legally now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>after four months of compaints and money been taken from me and no1 bothering to call me i am now forced to take this legally. i have begged and pleaded for a call back many of times. you way of dealing with complaints is useless. no one can actually give me a call to even tell me they working on this issue. i have logged many hellopeter complaints and you just reply with the same useless message but no1 calls me.</p> <p> </p> <p>i am now done begging for service. i have now cancelled my debit order until i am compensated for the months that you have not provided the promised service to me. you have ****** money for me because you have prmoised that this service or issue was sorted out and it wasnt then have the nerve to charge me for it. once i have cancelled this i will be contacting my lawyers and i will be taking telkom to court. all the calls are recording i have proof of all the complaints i have logged and i will sue telkom. you have now waisted my time and money. i cannot believe that after all my 100s of calls not one person cared to give me a call back. after i was promised by managers not one actually called me back. i am now done with telkom. you service is useless. i will now see telkom in court and i will make sure the people that are responsible get what they deserve for not giving a loyal customer the service they promised.</p> <p> </p> <p>my case number is ********** 1</p>
