I am still waiting for a response!

<p>At this stage I really don't know what to say about Telkom anymore. You guys just fail to provide me of service. I have chatted to an agent, phoned, emailed, posted a review on this site and nothing. No phone call, sms, or anything. I would expect you guys to at least make up for your mistake. I did my part in getting everything ready for my landline to be installed. It is not my fault that the technician was too lazy to do his job and just didn't pitch up. When are you guys going to rectify your mistake and just do your damn job. Im tired of being referred to someone else. You do nothing. And I get nothing in return. Is this your philosephy? Would you be happy if someone took you for a ride? </p>
