I am still being billed by telkom for an account I have cancelled 5 months ago

I am still being billed by telkom for an account I have cancelled 5 months ago. I have sent multiple emails to them however I never receive any response besides a new monthly bill for a line that is in active and that I am not using. Pathetic service
